She is a qualified lawyer in both Australia and Canada and has experience acting for clients in a range of industries including private equity, tourism, retail and consumer markets, technology, financial services, construction, aeronautical and mining.
Leisa is experienced at handling all aspects of complex private M&A transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, coordinating and overseeing due diligence, and drafting key documents such as shareholders’ agreements, ancillary transaction documents, and corporate and closing documents.
