We provide to you an update of our Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions team in Sydney.

We are pleased to announce Rohan Purdy, Special Counsel, has joined the Sydney corporate and transactional team. Prior to joining K&L Gates, Rohan was general counsel and company secretary for ASX-listed Astro Japan Property Group for almost eight years.

We're also delighted to announce the promotion of three of our lawyers within our group, effective 1 March 2017:

  • Brent Delaney to Special Counsel
  • Gordon McCann to Special Counsel
  • Cristin McCoy to Senior Associate
