Matthew Klegon is an associate and a member of the firm’s Finance practice. He focuses his practice on commercial lending, corporate finance and private equity. Matthew has experience representing banks, institutional investors, private equity sponsors and public and private corporate borrowers as lenders or borrowers in a variety of debt finance transactions, including acquisition financings, corporate borrowings, fund financings, and syndicated credit facilities. He has closed financing transactions involving loans and credit facilities ranging in size from US$5 million to in excess of US$1 billion. In addition, Matthew has experience with financial restructuring and workout transactions.
