Matthew Pawlak is a senior associate in the firm's Finance practice. Matthew has experience advising financial institutions, owners, lessors and operators, in the commercial aviation and business jet sectors. Notably, Matthew played a leading role in advising an ad hoc group of creditors in one of the biggest restructurings of a regional aircraft lessor to date. Matthew also has extensive experience advising clients on leasing, financing and trading of both new and pre-owned commercial aircraft and business jets.
