Prior to joining the firm, Callan served as a senior associate general counsel for a U.S. based health care organization. In this role, Callan’s practice focused on commercial and corporate transactions, including commercial contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and various technology-based agreements. He also provided comprehensive legal counsel and advised his client on HIPAA and other state and federal privacy laws and regulations, risk mitigation strategies, and more. During his time as in-house counsel, he provided a broad array of advice on governance-related matters and the Board of Directors.
