Michael is a senior associate in the firm's Finance practice focusing on insolvency and restructuring. His experience includes corporate law, insolvency, contract law, and company law generally. He has advised clients on insolvency and restructuring, as well as a range of disputes including unfair preference and other insolvency litigation claims, company law matters concerning, for example, director liability or shareholder oppression. He also routinely acts for liquidators, voluntary administrators and receivers.
