Millie’s intellectual property experience includes preparing, managing, and responding to trademark letters of opposition in relation to UKIPO and EUIPO proceedings; negotiating trademark coexistence agreements; assisting clients with NLA licences; and drafting IP licences and copyright assignment agreements.
