Prior to joining the firm, Mingkun worked as an associate in the New York and Shanghai offices in another leading global law firm in both capital market and M&A groups. He has also works as an equity analyst at one of the leading multinational investment banks in China, where he focused in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector.
