Mingkun Ding is an associate in the firm’s Shanghai office and a member of the Capital Markets practice. He has extensive experience in both the US and Hong Kong capital markets. His practice focuses on US and Hong Kong IPO and post-listing compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Mingkun worked as an associate in another leading global firm.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining the firm, Mingkun worked as an associate in the New York and Shanghai offices in another leading global law firm in both capital market and M&A groups. He has also works as an equity analyst at one of the leading multinational investment banks in China, where he focused in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) sector.
