Mollie Carney is an associate and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. Prior to joining the firm as an associate, she served as a summer associate and assisted in preparing an amicus brief with the New York State Court of Appeals. Mollie also created deposition summaries in preparation for upcoming trials. In addition, she researched and prepared memoranda concerning discovery procedures, contract enforcement, and developing issues in securities law. During this time, Molly also worked on pro bono cases involving Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
