Molly A. Mugford

Molly Anne Mugford is an associate in the firm's Boston office. She is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice group. She is also a secondary member of the Investigations, Enforcement, and White Collar practice group, as well as the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group.

Molly maintains a thriving pro bono practice. Her pro bono practice includes representing non-profit organizations in civil litigation, representing plaintiffs in § 1983 cases, assisting the Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission in Cook County, IL, and helping undocumented children obtain legal status in the United States.

Prior to joining as an associate, Molly served as a summer associate at the firm’s Boston office. In the past, Molly worked in a variety of positions in the public interest sector. She gained invaluable hands-on experience as a Capital Defense legal extern in Memphis, Tennessee, as a legal intern at a Massachusetts non-profit serving low-income children, and as a legal extern at the Davidson County Public Defender’s Office in Nashville.
