Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Morgan served as a summer associate where she drafted checklist and ancillary documents for acquisitions and small asset purchases. In addition, she drafted and reviewed documents related to corporate and structured finance practice matters, and prepared proxy statement and appreciation rights issuance. Prior to that role, she worked as a summer associate at a transatlantic law firm, where she prepared transactional documents and conducted legal research on both litigation and transactional matters.
