Nashville Bar Association's Business Law Institute, hosted by the Nashville Bar Association

The NBA Business Law Committee is pleased to present the annual NBA Business Law Institute. Registrants are invited to join their colleagues to discuss complex aspects of a sale/merger/transaction, COVID-19’s Impact on Commercial Leases, and an update on changes in business law in 2021, among other topics of interest. Notwithstanding government regulations regarding capacity or masking, the Business Law Institute will be conducted in person at NBA’s headquarters.

For those who choose to attend in-person, lunch will be provided. Please join us!
