Nathaniel B. Bolin

Nate Bolin is a partner in the firm’s Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice. Prior to joining the firm, Nate served as a partner at a Washington, D.C., firm. Nate has over two decades of experience advising a wide range of companies and investors in the aerospace, defense, IT, materials, and advanced manufacturing industries on compliance with US export controls, sanctions, and national security laws. In addition, Nate has represented companies in trade proceedings under US antidumping and countervailing duty laws. He has also advised companies on compliance with the Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions and US export control laws.

Before entering private practice, Nate was an international trade specialist at the International Trade Administration of the US Department of Commerce, where he worked on trade negotiations and trade agreement enforcement and compliance.
