Ninamarie C. Moore

Ninamarie Moore is an associate in the firm's Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. She focuses on defending employers in civil and administrative employment litigation matters, including discrimination claims under state law, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and wage and hour claims. 

Ninamarie also regularly counsels employers on compliance issues, including drafting employee handbooks and policies compliant with state and federal law. She also assists employers with drafting all employment related documents, including employment agreements and nondisclosure and restrictive covenant agreements.

Previously, Ninamarie served as a summer associate for the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Ninamarie served as a Teach for America corps member from 2019 to 2021, during which time she taught in Selma, Alabama. Ninamarie also spent several years working in the nonprofit sector in San Francisco.
