Palden Flynn

Palden Flynn is an associate in the firm’s Asset Management and Investment Funds practice. She represents private equity sponsors in the establishment and operation of investment funds, including leveraged buyout, growth equity, venture capital, and infrastructure funds. She collaborates with tax, regulatory, and other specialist teams to develop fund structures and investor solutions across multiple jurisdictions and industries.

Before joining the firm, Palden practiced in the investment funds group of another international firm. She has advised on the formation, fundraising, and operation of a wide range of funds, with experience spanning flagship private equity vehicles, venture capital funds, and emerging manager first-time fundraises.
