Paul Hotchkiss is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. Prior to joining the firm, Paul served as an associate at a law firm in South Carolina where he assisted clients with a variety of commercial real estate agreements, including commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, easement agreements, assignment and assumption agreements, mortgages, and promissory notes. Paul also advised clients on company formation, fund allocation, and ownership structuring.
