Pete O’Hare is a partner at the firm’s London office. He is a member of the Finance practice area. He advises banks and financial institutions, lessors, and operators in the aviation sector. He has played a leading role in some of the most complex and innovative aircraft acquisitions, finance, and lease transactions in the market. He has extensive experience advising clients on high profile deals, including non-US EETC, ABS, M&A, and large portfolio and warehouse financing transactions. Pete’s hands-on experience with work-outs and repossessions brings particular depth to his capabilities.
Prior to joining the firm, Pete was a partner in the London office of an international law firm, where he concentrated his practice on aviation finance.
