Pierluigi Vingolo is a senior associate at the firm specialized in civil and commercial law with ten years of experience in litigation and arbitration scenarios. He assists companies and individuals in arbitration proceedings (domestic and international) and in a wide range of civil litigation and insolvency proceedings. He has also gained relevant experience in assisting securitization vehicles and Credit Institutions (or related entities) in complex civil and insolvency litigation involving the management of non-performing credits (so-called special situations).
Thanks to the experience gained in the context of multiple litigation scenarios, he has also gained experience in dealing with contracts in the field of private procurement, construction and business rent in the food and beverage sector, assisting leading Italian companies.
He has developed relevant pre-litigation and litigation experience in matters related to family law and succession law.
Recently, he has been part of a pool of experts who, in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice and the European Commission (Structural Reforms Directorate) worked on a project aimed at improving Italian legislation on executive and insolvency procedures.
Prior to joining the firm, Pierluigi served as an associate for two of the most acknowledged Italian law firms on the market, covering various sectors, such as banking and finance, corporate matters, TMT, and construction.
