Rebecca Kim is admitted to practice in Maryland and Virginia. She is not currently admitted in the District of Columbia. She is supervised by a member of the D.C. Bar.
Rebecca Kim is an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. She is a member of the Power practice group.
Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca was a tax law clerk at an international law firm. Through this role, she researched complex tax issues and reviewed purchase agreements, investment term sheets, and equity commitment letters for tax issues in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, Rebecca drafted single-member limited liability company operating agreements and created structure decks and spreadsheet calculations showing the advantages and disadvantages of a partnership interest sale, corporate asset sale, and corporate stock sale.
Rebecca also clerked for the Honorable Mark V. Holmes of the United States Tax Court from 2021 to 2022.
