Rebecca L. Jordan

Becca Jordan is an litigator and a member of the Oil, Gas, and Resources practice group. Becca’s practice focuses on class actions, energy litigation, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution in Texas and Utah. Becca has represented clients in complex litigation involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, negligence, trade secrets, and similar business torts. Becca has also conducted internal investigations and represented clients against government enforcement efforts and criminal investigations. Her clients have ranged from multinational corporations to individuals across various industries including oil and gas, supply chain, manufacturing, health care, and religious organizations. 

Becca’s experience includes all phases of litigation, including fact gathering, legal research pertaining to state and federal law, managing discovery, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, oral argument, and negotiating dispute resolutions.

Prior to practicing law, Becca owned an award-winning photography business, which gives her both unique insight into the daily challenges facing business owners and a personalized conviction behind the advocacy for her clients.

While attending law school, Becca interned under the Honorable Marcia A. Crone, district judge of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas and with the Montgomery County District Attorney’s office. In addition to these roles, and prior to joining the firm, Becca was an associate at an international law firm where her practice focused on energy and commercial litigation.
