Rebekah Hill

Rebekah Hill is a United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) registered patent lawyer and is a member of the IP Litigation practice group.

Rebekah's patent litigation experience includes district court cases, both supporting and in defense of patent infringement claims. She has experience in many phases of litigation, including fact and expert discovery, dispositive motion practice, and appellate brief drafting before the Federal Circuit. Her practice also includes litigations arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act.

Rebekah also has experience in drafting and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications, involving a variety of technologies, such as medical devices, biologics, small molecule drugs, and electronic and mechanical devices. She has experience in patentability analyses, as well as freedom-to-operate work with a focus on product development and competitor portfolio analysis. 

Prior to joining the firm as an associate, Rebekah served as a summer associate.
