Rodolphe Ruffié-Farrugia is a partner and a member of the International Arbitration practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Rodolphe was a counsel at a British multinational law firm. Rodolphe has extensive experience with international commercial arbitration, investor-state dispute settlement (ISDS), government negotiations, mediation, and public international law. He also has experience handling international trade disputes (WTO) and award enforcement and execution proceedings, including against sovereign states. His dispute prevention and resolution practice encompass Asia-Pacific, Africa, Europe, and North America.
