Ryan Goer is an associate at the firm’s Charleston office. He is a member of the banking & asset finance practice group. Ryan focuses his practice on loan servicing, commercial mortgage-backed securities and commercial real estate transactions, with an emphasis on the representation of mortgage portfolio lenders and servicers in connection with the servicing of securitized loans including defeasances, assumptions, modifications, consents, and other servicing matters. Ryan also represents private and institutional lenders in connection with the origination of secured loans.
Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as an associate at an international law firm where he focused his practice on the representation of financial, investment, and other lending institutions in connection with the financing of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, industrial warehouses and storage facilities, multifamily housing, and other types of commercial properties nationwide.
