Ryan DeSimone is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. His practice focuses on private credit and corporate finance, as well as financial restructuring and insolvency-related matters. He has experience representing secured and unsecured lenders, bondholders, and stakeholders across various industries in a broad range of finance transactions, including in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan was an associate at a New York-based law firm where he focused his practice on financial restructuring. In this role, he had experience with private credit and special situation lending, complex restructurings, recapitalization, and bankruptcy-related matters.
