Prior to joining the firm, Samuel served as co-founder and partner of a Pittsburgh-based government relations firm that focused on grant procurement, education, and emerging technologies. Sam previously served as campaign manager for Congressman Keith Rothfus’ reelection campaign and as chief of staff to Rep. Eli Evankovich in the Pennsylvania General Assembly. In this role, Sam was able to focus on energy policy and manufacturing.
