Prior to joining the firm, Steven was as a corporate and securities associate at a U.S. based law firm. While there, Steven provided counsel and advised clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and other general corporate matters. He was responsible for preparing asset purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, merger agreements, and private equity offerings.
