Talisa Juracich is a senior associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in the Melbourne office. Her particular focus is on medical defence, professional indemnity, general liability and insurance coverage.
Talisa represents and provides advice to hospitals, individual professionals, health care providers and other state entities in defence of medical negligence claims. As well as defending civil claims, she has experience representing clients at coronial inquests and disciplinary proceedings.
