Tim Hughes’ practice focuses on electronic discovery and technology law and includes working on complex commercial litigation, arbitrations, and government and internal investigations. He creatively solves complex legal problems through technical means.
Tim assists with managing all aspects of the e-discovery process and regularly acts as a liaison between clients, trial counsel, review attorneys, vendors, and programmers.
