Prior to joining the firm, Torie served as a corporate associate in the New York City office of a global law firm and the Charlotte office of a national firm. She has private equity experience in both sell-side and buy-side transactions in a wide range of industries, including equipment financing, railcar leasing, financial technology, optometry practices, and utility servicing.
