Trent McBride is an associate and a member of the Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group. Previously, he was a law clerk with the firm and served as a summer associate where he drafted, reviewed, edited, and prepared Work Orders, Master Service Agreements, IP litigation memoranda, and marketing materials for the Technology Transactions and Sourcing practice group.
