Vittoriana Todisco

Vittoriana Todisco is an associate in the firm's Brussels office. She is a member of the Antitrust, Competition, and Trade Regulation practice group. 

Vittoriana has been advising clients on all areas of European (EU) and Italian competition law. Vittoriana provides legal assistance and support on a wide spectrum of competition matters, including cartels, horizontal and vertical agreements, abuse of dominance and antitrust compliance, as well as Vittoriana has extensive experience handling complex merger control proceedings before the European Commission and national competition authorities. Her work covers, in particular, advising on global distribution strategies, designing and enforcing selective distribution systems, drafting and implementing antitrust compliance programmes, representing in EU and Italian cartels proceedings, and assisting in merger control filings globally. Vittoriana advises international companies active in various industries, including consumer products, fashion and luxury, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, security and information technology.

Prior to joining the firm Vittoriana worked in major international law firms in Belgium and in Italy, where she focused her practice on competition and regulatory law, contractual law, and litigation. She also did an internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union.
