Yeyun (Carrie) Xu

Yeyun (Carrie) Xu is a practice support lawyer, supporting the firm’s legal innovation and knowledge initiatives through her work with the AI Solutions Group (AISG). Her work focuses on applying emerging technologies to legal workflows in ways that enhance efficiency, support client service, and align with the strategic goals of practice groups. Drawing on her background in corporate and transactional law, Carrie contributes to the development of practical, technology-enabled solutions that help deliver high-quality legal services across the firm.

Carrie focused her practice on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate governance, and complex commercial transactions, advising both emerging companies and established businesses on strategic transactions and day-to-day corporate matters. She began her legal career at a global law firm, where she supported clients on domestic and cross-border deals across a range of sectors. Prior to entering legal practice, Carrie worked in software development and project management at a global financial institution in New York.
