Jenny Li is a patent agent in the firm’s IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practice group. She holds a PhD in bioengineering and has experience in optical imaging and medical devices. Jenny combines startup R&D experience with academic innovation to translate complex imaging technologies into strong IP assets. Prior to joining the firm, she collaborated with the University of Washington CoMotion tech transfer center on prior-art searches and invention disclosure drafting. In addition, she supported a local imaging startup in developing and commercializing a hand-held optical imaging device, including IP strategy discussions and manuscript preparation.

Jenny has comprehensive technical exerience across multiple bioengineering disciplines, including optical imaging, image processing, microscopy, neuroimaging, optical interferometry, medical device development, brain–computer interface technology, augmented reality, and software programming. She has an established record of extensive publication within these areas.
