Jenny received her B.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Washington. Her doctoral research focused on optical imaging technologies, including the development of point-of-care imaging devices. Through her academic and research experience, she developed technical expertise in optical physics, biophotonics, imaging algorithms, device prototyping, machine learning, and brain-computer interface technologies. She has authored or co-authored 38 peer-reviewed publications in these fields.
Prior to entering patent practice, Jenny worked at multinational technology company as an Image Quality Engineer, contributing to the development of augmented reality products. She also assisted a university spin-off startup with technology transfer efforts commericalizing portable skin imaging devices.
