Zechariah Etheridge is an associate in the firm’s Finance practice. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a summer clerk for a full-service law firm based in North Carolina specializing in advising craft breweries, among other hospitality industry clients. Through this role, Zechariah drafted memorandum on tortious interference with contract and prospective economic advantage for ongoing litigation. He also prepared script for summary ejectment court appearance, and prepared client email for step-by-step procedures involved with winding down a brewery.
Since joining the firm, he has assisted clients in drafting proofs of claim, acquiring assets out of bankruptcy, interpreting bankruptcy plans of reorganization and preserving their rights as creditors in bankruptcy proceedings.
