Our Dedication to Legal Innovation and Client Service Excellence
As an early adopter of generative AI, our firm employs centralized governance to oversee AI deployment across its global platform, ensuring alignment with confidentiality obligations, data governance requirements, and professional standards. Our Generative AI Policy and AI Forward℠ framework mandate the use of approved platforms, transparency with clients, verification of AI assisted outputs, and mandatory training—guided by principles of responsible innovation and human centric excellence.
We leverage AI through automation and workflow management to enhance quality and value while maintaining a people first philosophy. AI supports legal research, drafting, contract review, due diligence, and discovery through vetted platforms including Vincent, Legora, Westlaw Precision AI, Relativity Analytics, CoCounsel, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This landmark US$10 million endowment supports the study of ethical issues related to artificial intelligence and has enabled the creation of faculty chairs, doctoral fellowships, a biennial Ethics and AI conference, and undergraduate scholarships. Our leadership further extends through sponsorship of the AI Access to Justice Summit, reinforcing our commitment to responsible innovation.
