Employees of K&L Gates are automatically covered under the firms' Salary Continuance Insurance plan. This benefit is extremely valuable if find yourself unable to work due to illness or injury.

K&L Gates provides eligible permanent employees with access to up to 14 weeks paid parental leave for the primary carer.
