David Levy is an international trade analyst and a member of the firm's International Trade, Investment Controls, and National Security practice group. David has extensive experience in providing economic and quantitative research and analysis in a variety of trade remedy and trade policy matters, including antidumping, countervailing duty, Section 301, and Section 232 investigations. David also supports clients in country-of-origin analysis, tariff classifications, duty-free treatment claims, valuation of assists, and transfer pricing adjustments. In addition, David assists with supply chain verifications and risk assessments, investigations, and prior disclosures to US Customs and Border Protection, as well as market and economic research and analysis on a wide range of international trade and investment matters. David also has experience in national security matters, including preparation of CFIUS declarations and notices and sanctions screening.
