Jenna Bruce is an associate in the Seattle office of K&L Gates and focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Jenna has represented clients across the country in multiple jurisdictions.
Jenna has a varied experience in the different stages of litigation, including discovery, claim construction proceedings, summary judgment motions, and pretrial. She often prepares patent landscapes and opinions relating to the invalidity, non-infringement, and unenforceability of patents. She also assists clients in a range of matters, including regulatory issues and due diligence.
In addition to her pharmaceutical practice, Jenna has experience in other complex commercial litigation cases, including false advertising.
Prior to joining K&L Gates, Jenna was an intellectual property contract lawyer for another law firm in Seattle.
