Joanna Bielby is a senior associate in the firm's Finance practice. She has acted on various matters for private lenders and banking clients in all aspects of their transaction. She also has experience across a broad range of financial industries including agriculture, property, development, retail and healthcare as well as in assisting clients with due diligence and general security advice.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE

Joanna joined the firm as a graduate, completing the graduate program and gaining exposure to insolvency and restructuring, financial services, share sale agreements, and property and leasing transactions.

Prior to starting at K&L Gates, Joanna gained experience as a vacation clerk in banking and finance law at a national law firm.
