Aibelle Espino is a lawyer in the firm's Corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity capital markets, securities laws and funds management.
Aibelle advised clients on managed investment scheme establishments and fund structuring, including the preparation and verification of information memorandum, product disclosure statements, governance and trust documentation, and the coordination of due diligence processes.
She has also assisted on M&A transactions involving financial services and real assets businesses, with experience in transaction structuring, due diligence and transaction documentation. In addition, she advises clients on governance investigations and ASIC regulatory compliance matters.
Aibelle first joined K&L Gates as a seasonal clerk before completing the firm's graduate program, during which she worked across Capital Markets, Construction and M&A.
