Prior to joining the firm, Aidan served as an associate at an Irish law firm in Dublin and London. Aidan advises private equity firms and asset managers, as well as domestic and multinational public and private companies, on a broad spectrum of corporate matters. Aidan's work includes buy and sell side mergers and acquisitions (both PE and private), shareholder and joint venture arrangements, venture capital investments, corporate reorganisations, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and commercial advisory work.
