Alex Moore is a lawyer in the Sydney Corporate team, focusing on venture capital investments, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate advisory work.
He regularly advises founders, growth companies and investors across the full lifecycle of venture-backed businesses. His experience spans early-stage investments (including seed and Series A rounds) through to significant later-stage funding rounds, corporate restructures (including redomicile or "flip-up" transactions), and other sale and acquisition transactions.
Alex has a strong interest in artificial intelligence and uses AI tools in his day to day practice to improve turnaround times and enhance the quality and consistency of advice. He is a member of the K&L Gates Australian Innovation Committee and global Corporate AI in Action Committee, and drives AI implementation within the firm, alongside other innovation initiatives. Alex takes a practical, commercial approach tailored to fast moving, founder led and venture backed businesses.
