Alexandra Jones is a senior associate in the firm’s Energy, Infrastructure, and Resources and Corporate practices. Alexandra advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial transactions, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, and corporate finance transactions. She focuses on private mergers and acquisitions and has represented large international corporations in the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors on a wide range of transactions across Asia and globally.
Alexandra also advises clients in the energy industry on their investments and recently advised on asset and share sale and purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, production sharing contracts, transition arrangements relating to the expiry of upstream production sharing contracts, and carbon capture and storage projects.
She is a dual-qualified solicitor, admitted to practice in Singapore and England and Wales
