Amber Harrington is a senior associate in the firm's Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety practice. Amber assists clients in providing advice on a range of employment law and workplace safety matters, performance and misconduct management and termination of employment, workplace complaints and disputes, managing ill and injured workers, restraints of trade and compliance with privacy obligations. She also assists client in drafting employment contracts and workplace policies.
