Amy Lawrance

Amy Lawrance is a lawyer in the firm's Corporate practice, focusing on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance. She has experience across all stages of corporate transactions, from structuring and due diligence, through to drafting transaction documents and supporting post-completion implementation. 

Amy works with a broad range of clients, including listed and private companies, Aboriginal corporations, high-wealth individuals and start-ups.

She is also an active contributor to the firm's pro bono practice, advising not-for-profit organisations with a wide range of charitable purposes. Amy is committed to improving access to justice and supporting communities across Australia. 
 

Amy first joined K&L Gates as a paralegal before transitioning into the firm's graduate program in Perth in 2025, rotating through the Corporate, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate practices.

Prior to joining the firm, Amy worked as a paralegal within an in-house legal team, where she gained experience across a broad range of areas, including intellectual property, regulatory and compliance, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing, as well as financial services and consumer law.
