Andrea’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters. She advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies and other financial and strategic businesses in a variety of transactional matters, including acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buy-outs, mergers, equity investments, restructurings and recapitalizations. Andrea has experience working with clients in a wide range of industries and routinely provides general corporate counseling to portfolio companies of private equity funds.
Prior to joining the firm Andrea served as a shareholder at a US-based law firm in Pittsburgh, where she was a member of the corporate practice. Through this role, she focused her practice on corporate transactional matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and mezzanine financing.
