Andrea Ng is an associate in the firm's Corporate M&A practice group. She represents Japanese, US, and other international companies in a variety of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic investments, private sale processes, and other corporate transactions. She has substantial experience with transactions involving intellectual property, having advised clients in connection with rights acquisitions, joint development projects, complex licensing arrangements, and other commercial transactions involving technology, software, media content, and other valuable intellectual property. Andrea has counseled clients across a broad range of industries, including technology, entertainment and media, gaming and hospitality, automative, industrials, and renewable energy.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrea served as an in-house counsel for a Japanese entertainment and gaming company, where she advised on domestic and international transactions involving film, digital media, video games, casino gaming, and other entertainment-related businesses.
