Andrew Choi is a senior associate in the Asset Management and Investment Funds practice group. He advises clients on structuring and raising capital for both retail and wholesale investment funds across a broad range of asset classes, including real estate, private equity, private credit and equities.
Andrew also advises on financial services regulation, including Australian Financial Services Licence matters, product disclosure statements, design and distribution obligations, reportable situations and the regulation of financial product advice.
