Annabelle McCutcheon is an associate in the IP Procurement and Portfolio Management practice group. Prior to joining the firm, Annabelle served as an IP summer associate with the firm, where she drafted office action responses and participated in examiner interviews and inventor calls. She also researched patent issues related to opposition and third-party disclosure, drafted a § 101 motion, prepared privacy policies, and reviewed and summarized commercial technology agreements.
