Aparna Konde

Aparna Konde is admitted to practice in Tennessee. She is not currently admitted to practice in the North Carolina. 

Aparna Konde is an associate in the firm’s Corporate practice. She assists clients ranging from private companies and private equity sponsors on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Her experience includes due diligence and contract review for corporate M&A transactions, identifying key risk areas. Aparna previously served as a summer associate, where she contributed to document drafting and research across the firm's Mergers and Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice groups.
